RealEstateSites.dev, a Real Estate AI Group company, builds, hosts and manages real estate websites and offers the optional Dialed Agent AI phone agent.

From our customers: name, email, phone, brokerage, billing details (processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers), and the content you send for your sites.

From visitors to our site and to customer sites: form submissions (name, email, phone, message, tour requests) and basic analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location, referrer).

From Dialed Agent calls: caller phone number, call details, and recordings or transcripts where enabled.

To provide and improve the service, build and host sites, route leads to the right agent, send service messages, handle billing, keep the service secure and comply with the law.

Inquiries submitted on a customer's listing or agent site go to that agent or brokerage. For those leads we act on the customer's behalf, and the agent's own privacy practices also apply.

We share information with service providers who help us run the service — AI, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email, payments and telephony — and they are bound to use data only for that purpose. We share leads with the agent or brokerage they belong to, and we share information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics. You can block cookies in your browser.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal and billing purposes. Leads are kept per the customer's account. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and opt out of marketing emails. California and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights — contact us to exercise them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method is 100% secure.

The service is not directed to children under 13.
