Terms of Service

RealEstateSites.dev, a Real Estate AI Group company, designs, builds, hosts and maintains real estate websites — listing sites and agent and team sites — and offers the optional Dialed Agent AI phone agent. We use AI tools and third-party AI, hosting and infrastructure providers to build and run customer sites.

Pro includes 1 person who can request changes. Team / Brokerage includes 3, and extra people are $19/mo each. You are responsible for requests made by the people you authorize.

Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed in advance. A yearly plan costs exactly 10 times the monthly price.

Credits are used each time we build or change a site. Credits reset each billing month, do not roll over and have no cash value. Pro allows up to 10 active sites; archived sold or leased listings don't count.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. We do not offer a free plan or a free trial.

Done-for-you setups are charged on top of a plan and are non-refundable once work has started. Team members get 25% off every setup.

You can cancel anytime. Service continues to the end of the paid period, and we don't refund partial periods except where required by law. On request within 30 days of cancellation, we provide an export of your site content and files. After that, sites may be taken offline and data deleted.

You own your listing content, photos, logos and data. You give us a license to use them only to build, host and operate your sites. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us — including photos and MLS data — and that listing information is accurate and authorized by the property owner or your brokerage.

Some copy is drafted with AI. You must review your site before and after it goes live, and you are responsible for its accuracy, including prices, square footage and property facts. Our copy aims to be fair-housing-safe, but compliance with fair housing, advertising and brokerage rules — including broker name and license disclosures — remains your responsibility.

No illegal, discriminatory, misleading or infringing content. No spam. No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Dialed Agent is an AI phone agent and it may make mistakes. You are responsible for complying with the call-recording, consent and telemarketing laws that apply to you and your callers.

You own your domain. You are responsible for renewing it unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We aim for reliable hosting but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party provider outages may affect your site.

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost leads or lost commissions.

We may suspend or end service for non-payment or violations of these terms.

We'll post updates here and notify active customers of material changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Miami-Dade County.
